Payment Policy


1 Your participation and/or attendance at a paid event will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full.


1.1 Once your payment has been authorised, the Website will display a confirmation screen showing the payment details and a UNIQUE transaction reference number will be emailed to you.


1.2 An invoice receipt and booking confirmation will be sent upon request.


1.3 Please keep a note of the transaction receipt number, as you will need to quote this if you have any queries with your payment.


1.4 Your receipt will not show your debit / credit card details, so if your receipt is lost or stolen, your card details will remain confidential.



2 Payment Issue

3 Payment Terms


3.1 Where payment has not been made by the time of the Event the registration will be cancelled but the full booking cost will remain due.



5 Refused Payments


4.1 If your payment is refused, the payments system will display a screen informing you of this situation. Remember - it is not the NetNex Global Private Limited that is refusing your card payment – it is the card issuing bank that is refusing to authorise the payment.


4.2 If this occurs you will need to contact your card company to discuss the reasons for the refusal.


4.3 NetNex Global Private Limited accepts no liability for a payment not reaching the intended account due to the customer quoting incorrect account information during the booking process.


4.4 NetNex Global Private Limited accepts no liability if payment is refused, or declined, by the debit / credit card supplier. NetNex Global Private Limited has no control over acceptance of card payments and any refusal of payment should be taken up with your card supplier.


4.5 On failure of payment for any reason, your registration for an event is not considered complete and your place is not held. Your partial application will be held under your registered information and you can complete the rest of your payment 24 hours prior to the event in order to successfully secure your registration for attendance or sponsorship. NetNex Global Private Limited accepts no liability if, when you attempt to make a payment, spaces to attend the event are no longer available.



5 Payment Security


5.1 NetNex Global Private Limited provides a secure online payment facility for payments taken. Once you click on the link to make a payment you will be re-directed to a fully hosted secure managed environment. All information that you send will be bit encrypted.


5.2 The online service is fully managed externally and NetNex Global Private Limited does not hold any card details on any of its servers or within its infrastructure. Neither NetNex Global Private Limited, nor any of its staff, has any access to your card details.



6 Cancellations and Refunds


6.1 The following terms of cancellation apply:


6.1.1. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute at no extra cost, provided that you notify us of the change at least 3 working days prior to the Event. Substitutions must be communicated by email to the organizer of the event.


6.1.2 Up until 30 working days prior to the Event, you will not be charged for your registration at the Event and will be refunded in full to the extent of the payment received after deduction of intermediary charges if any.


6.1.3 Less than 30 working days prior to the Event or non-attendance, you will be liable for the full cost of the registration.


6.1.4 No reimbursements will be made for travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by you in connection with the Event which you do not attend or cancel.



7 Changes or Cancellations of Events


7.1 NetNex Global Private Limited reserves the right to make changes to the Event and will notify you of any changes as they occur. Cancellation terms apply as stated above.


7.2 Should NetNex Global Private Limited need to cancel or postpone an Event due to reasons within its control, NetNex Global Private Limited will refund your Event fee or transfer the Booking to another date or Event, as you may decide.


7.3 Refund requests must be made by email to the event organizer and provide evidence of any refundable costs. Evidence must be provided within a period of 15 days. Refunds will be issued directly to the person/ company who made the initial payments.



8 Force Majeure


8.1 If the Event is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, inevitable accident, the non-availability of the venue or any other cause not within the control of the NetNex Global Private Limited, the NetNex Global Private Limited may at their entire discretion, reimburse you or part thereof, but shall be under no obligation to do so. Should the NetNex Global Private Limited reimburse, the reimbursement shall be based on reasonable costs at the NetNex Global Private Limited's sole discretion based upon an estimated market rate for accommodation and travel expenses. NetNex Global Private Limited shall be under no liability to you in respect of any actions, claims, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by you, as the result of the happening of such an Event.



9 Limitation


9.1 NetNex Global Private Limited shall not under any circumstances be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for loss of revenues or opportunities, goodwill, reputation or any type of special, indirect or consequential loss even if such loss was reasonably foreseeable or NetNex Global Private Limited had been advised of the possibility of you incurring the same.


9.2 NetNex Global Private Limited shall have no liability for any death or bodily injury (except death or injury caused by the negligence of NetNex Global Private Limited, its staff or contractors), or loss of or damage to property, of anyone attending the Event pursuant to the Booking, whether arising from such attendance, or in relation to the provision or use of the facilities at the Event. That you agree to indemnify NetNex Global Private Limited against any claim in respect of any such liability (and the costs and expenses incurred by NetNex Global Private Limited in relation thereto).
